Overview

Two Brothers Organic Farms is an organic, regenerative food product brand known for their A2 ghee and staples. Given their high brand affinity and demand in both India and international markets, the problem statement was to transform that customer demand into a reliable and profitable digital growth machine.

Challenges

Although there were increases in customer traffic and order volume, the increasing cost per acquisition, broken funnel and marketplace approach prevented Two Brothers from reaching sustainable growth in MRR and market expansion. There had to be a solution to help Two Brothers maximize growth while maintaining their category authority and brand essence.

Solution

A Systematic Approach to Growth

First Sight helped Two Brothers build growth as a system, including intent-based Meta and Google campaigns, improved design of ghee and staples pages in order to increase the AOV, and marketplace growth strategy directly aligned with the brand’s D2C approach. In addition, we set up and scaled their US and UAE store fronts in order to achieve consistent revenue contributions.
