You will make a difference

The Management Trainee Business & Operations role is designed to groom future leaders who will contribute to business growth, client engagement, and operational excellence. This position offers hands-on training across multiple management functions, with a strong focus on understanding how digital marketing agencies acquire, manage, and scale brand partnerships.

Candidates will be trained in identifying business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, understanding brand requirements, and supporting strategic initiatives that contribute directly to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

How you’ll make an impact

Assist in identifying and researching potential D2C and digital-first brands aligned with FirstSight’s service offerings

Support business development initiatives, including outreach, follow-ups, and meeting coordination

Gain exposure to performance marketing, retention marketing, marketplaces, UGC, and cross-border brand expansion models

Assist senior team members in onboarding new brands and understanding their business objectives

Coordinate with internal teams across marketing, analytics, and operations to ensure smooth execution

Support operational tasks related to documentation, reporting, CRM updates, and internal coordination

Develop a working understanding of client lifecycle management and agency operations

Participate in training sessions, reviews, and strategic discussions to build management and leadership capabilities

Qualifications & Skills

Reasons why this job is for you

Recent graduates or final-year students with a strong interest in digital marketing and business management

Prior internship experience in digital marketing, business development, marketing, or related fields is preferred

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory

Foundational knowledge of: Digital marketing and the digital ecosystem, D2C brands and consumer journeys, Performance marketing concepts, Marketplaces and brand visibility models, UGC and content-driven growth, Cross-border and global brand expansion concepts

Practical exposure (through internships, live projects, or certifications) is highly appreciated

Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
