You will make a difference

At FirstSight, our Performance Marketing Interns get their hands dirty driving real growth for ambitious D2C brands. From scaling fresh startups to powering fast-growing challengers, you’ll help craft and optimise Paid Social and Google Ads campaigns that move the needle.

You won’t do it alone you’ll learn alongside a tight-knit team of growth specialists in our Bangalore office who believe in clarity over chaos and results over guesswork.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field)

Strong interest in D2C brands and digital marketing

Basic understanding of social media ads, Google Ads, or paid marketing concepts

Comfortable with numbers and data-driven thinking

Good written and verbal communication skills

Eager to learn, experiment, and work in a fast-paced startup environment

Available for a full-time 6-month internship in Bangalore
