Role Overview

You will make a difference

The Business Development Analyst will play a key role in supporting brand acquisition, market research, and early-stage client engagement for FirstSight. This role is ideal for individuals who are curious about the digital ecosystem, comfortable communicating with brands, and motivated to grow within a performance-driven digital marketing environment.

You will work closely with senior business development and strategy teams to identify potential brand partnerships, schedule discovery meetings, and assist in onboarding digital-first and D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities

How you’ll make an impact

Conduct market and brand research to identify potential D2C and digital-first brands aligned with FirstSight’s service offerings

Support lead generation activities using a mix of free and paid tools, databases, and professional networking platforms

Initiate and manage first-level communication with prospective brands via email, LinkedIn, and calls

Schedule discovery and consultation meetings for senior stakeholders

Assist in onboarding brands by coordinating internal teams and maintaining structured documentation

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and client information

Develop a foundational understanding of brand requirements across performance marketing, retention marketing, and digital growth strategies

Support reporting and analysis related to outreach, engagement, and onboarding outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

Reasons why this job is for you

Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in business development, digital marketing, sales support, or a related field

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory

Foundational knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem (performance marketing, social media, paid media, D2C brands, digital funnels)

Candidates with prior experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency will be preferred

For freshers: a genuine interest and conceptual understanding of digital marketing and the digital economy is essential

Ability to research, analyze, and articulate brand insights clearly

Strong coordination skills and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset
